2 X 5 MW Solar Photovoltic Project in Koppal, Karnataka.
Initially, Madhav Solar Karnataka Private Limited (MSKPL) a SPV entered into PPA on February 25th 2014 with Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation Limited (CESCL) and has awarded the work for setting up Solar Photovoltic Grid Interactive Power Plant of 10 MW Capacity at Village Kolihal Tehsil, Yelbarga District, Koppal , Karnataka. Simultaneously Madhav Solar Karnataka Private Limited (MSKPL) executed two power purchase agreements (PPA) of 5MW each on 12.08.2015, with Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL). Both these projects are technically identical and located next to each other. These projects can be classified as Project 1 & 2. It is a ground mounted project with 15degrees of Tilt to capture maximum irradiance.
Vatsala Group, under their holding company have then acquired this SPV company along with its Solar Power Plant projects of 2 x 5 MW for acquiring 100% ownership of the company.

The total land available for development is approximately 50.29 Acres
Power from the plant is evacuated at the 33kV KPTCL substation approximately 2km distance from the site.
